Description
This smooth and elegant Chardonnay comes from vines just up the road from the Béru Chateau. All the fruit is sourced from trusted natural and biodynamic growers so the quality is always high. They are vinified following all the same biodynamic principles as the estate wines, with some fermented in Amphora, some in wood, depending on the year. This is a soft and delicate Chardonnay which is extremely moreish.
Athénais produces this wine under her small negotiant business started a few years ago.
