This dry, pale amber Pinot Gris is thick and textured with aromas of spiced bread and quince. Possibly one of the best Pinot Gris we've ever tasted, these grapes come from the best plots on the estate.

Dry, both tender and full-bodied, with a golden amber colour, it develops very characteristic aromas of quince which goes well with asparagus, cold meats, terrines or creamy cheeses.

Match it with: Seasonal greens such as asparagus or creamy cheeses.

Age of vines: Over 50 years old.

Vinification: Harvested very ripe then macerated for a few hours // Vertical press // Year of ageing in oak barrels // Aged in the bottle for one to two years.
