Limestone soils give this beautiful rosé a fresh minerality, that is floral on the nose yet flavours of stone fruit dominate the taste.
A wine born from a passion for authenticity and under her own label Athenais has produced this cuvée from grapes sourced from local vineyards. All the grapes, in keeping with Athenais commitment to expressing terroir, have been cultivated following organic and biodynamic practices.
Vines: Gamay, Pinot Noir, Aligoté
Vinification:Once pressed the juice is vinified with no intervention using only indigenous yeast. The wine is left to mature in amphora before being bottled.
