"Love Joy" is a deliciously fresh sparkling wine made from young vines planted near the town of Chichée, at an altitude of 400m. The plot is on a limestone plateau at the top of a hill.

Vinification: No intervention // Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts // Light static cold settling // Cool down to lull the yeasts and clarify the wine // Bottling in a capsule // End of fermentation in the bottle (ancestral method) // 18 months on lees // No disgorging.
