Terroir: Loess, moraine, gneiss soil
Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested. Red grapes varieties are put in tanks, and the entire tanks are brought down through cables car for fermentation. Natural fermentation and ageing in stainless steel vat. Wine unfiltered.
