Terroir: Rully is an appellation, and a village, in the Côte Chalonnaise, with 23 climats classified as 1er Cru. The grapes that make Pucelle grow in gravelly clay-limestone soils with an eastern exposure, in front of the Chateau de Rully.

Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested and pressed // Cold clarification over approximately 24 hours // The clarified must ferments in large and previously used old oak vats, to preserve its purity and minerality // Ageing for 18 months on its lees.
