Terroir: The vineyard located on a South exposed hills in 280m altitude.
Vinification: The grapes are hand harvested, sorted in the vineyard, and destemmed. The vinification starts with a 30 days maceration with “Pigeage” and “Remontage”. The fermentation happens in concrete tanks with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged in new oak barrel for 24 months.
