Ripe white fruits & fine, creamy bubbles...
Made from the first sort of healthy and golden grapes that are harvested at the beginning of September. The grapes are harvested at good maturity in order to produce a balanced taste that can hold its own with food.
The Ancestral White "Terres de Oiron" is always Brut Nature and Vintage, and is characterised by aromas of very ripe white fruits (such as pear) and the mouth is unctuous with creamy bubbles.
