Age of the vines: 8 to 46 years old vines
Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested // Infusion-fermentation of the whole bunches in tanks for 25 days // To run off its own weight (without pressing) // Ageing for 1 month in amphora and then 7 months in stainless steel tanks.
