This refreshing crisp Pecorino from Abruzzo is full of flavour – characterised by a salty minerality that comes from the nearby sea. The Apennine mountains brings a cooling influence and a beautiful freshness. As its name suggests, this wine is aged in concrete tanks and rests on its lees for seven months, giving complexity and body to this delicious drop.

Terroir: Calcareous clay. Vineyards located in Loreto Aprutino.

Vinification: Hand harvested in small baskets. Spontaneous fermentation with no temperature control in concrete tanks. Seven months in concrete on the lees. No fining, no filtration.
