The nose is expressed with fruity scents, floral notes and hints of toasted nuts. On the palate, it is buttery and pleasantly mineral.

Terroir: Clay limestone soil

Vinification:  Fermentation in stainless steel vats for 3-4 months before being filtered and bottled by hand using a gravity bottle filler and manual cork // aged for a minimum of 1 year.
