Les Prevolles is a ‘lieu dit’ which is the name given to this specific plot in Beaune. The terroir here is known to give depth and concentration to the wine. The wine is then aged for 12 months in oak, giving a nice roundness and texture. This is a great example of Fanny Sabre's wine from this small plot in Burgundy.
