This Beaujolais-Villages cuvée comes from a blend of 3 tiny plots located in the village of Lancié.

"Matured in concrete tanks, this wine has an attractive, rich bouquet of copious red cherries, crushed strawberry and touches of dark chocolate. The palate is well balanced with fine-grained tannins, well-judged acidity and a lovely saline finish. Its simplicity its virtue. Drink over the next 3–5 years... or as soon as your bottle arrives." Neal Martin (Tasting notes for the 2020 vintage for Vinous.com).

Vinification: 10-25 days of carbonic maceration depending on the vintage // Aged for 6 months in neutral oak demi-muids // Fermented with indigenous yeasts // No pump-overs // Unfined // Unfiltered
