Clos Bel Air is the only plot harvested in a single pass. The pressed juices are gently drained by gravity into barrels. The harmony of the grapes harvested at different maturities on the same plot on "D" day, allows this dry white wine to express all its minerality with an intense aromatic concentration of yellow fruits.
The unctuous, ample mouth will express itself with elegance over time.
