Hand-harvested // 8 days of skin contact with whole bunches for Garnatxa (Grenache in Catalan) // destemmed and crushed with 3 days further skin contact with the Parellada //  spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts // aged for 7 months on lees in stainless steel tanks // unclarified // not stabilised // unfiltered // no sulphites added.
