The Domaine says “this wine has bright racy acidity and freshness, herbal notes, medium tannins with flavours of strawberry jam and herbal tea“.

Domaine Milan was created in 1956 by Robert Milan, Henri’s father. It was here that Henri planted his first vine at the age of eight. In 2007 Henri broke away from the restrictive Baux de Provence AOC and opted to label his wines under Vin des France. This same rebellious nature can be found in the personality of all of his wines.

Vinification: Pinot Noir is harvested by hand and macerated as whole bunched. Fermentation takes place in concrete tanks with indigenous yeast. The wines are then left to mature in old oak barrels for 1 year before bottling.
