Description
"L'Orage" translates to storm aptly named after the terrible hailstorm of the summer of 2015 and 2019.
"Desolation awaited us, but the grapes spared were harvested for this special cuvée which will inevitably remain unique. A blend of Pinot, Gamay, Diolinoir and Gamaret, survivors L’orage is a unique and very successful blend that we highly recommend. Although we're hoping it doesn't happen too often!"
Terroir: Scree landform.
Vinification: Natural fermentation in stainless steel vats. Ageing on lees for 11 months. No chaptalisation, no filtration, unfined.
