A wine with a big personality! Rich with notes of clove, dried fruits and spice!

Olivier Rivière was born and raised in Cognac, in the south of France, and had originally planned to start producing wine in Fitou. In 2006, he began his own project in Spain. The land was expensive, but he managed to trade in his biodynamic expertise for plots of land and grapes in Rioja.

Vinification: Vines of over 50 years old are harvested by hand and fermented in stainless steel tanks with native yeast. The wine rests with its lees for 12 months before maturing for 18months in ex-sherry casks.

Match it with: Rich fish dishes.
