Terroir: Calcareous clay, sandy granite

Age of the vines: 20 years of vines at 280m above the sea level.

Vinification: Manual harvest in boxes of 15 kg // Whole grape maceration without skidding or stepping (carbonic maceration) for 9 days // Pressing and spontaneous fermentation in 30% amphorae, and 70% stainless steel tank // Ageing: 50% chestnut boot, 50% stainless on fine lees.
