This is a deep and savoury expression of Xinomavro, that is only made when the weather conditions are perfect. This is more serious red wine than the Xi-Ro blended wine and the tannins and structure of the grape make for fantastic long ageing. It has notes of black olive, dried tomato, red and black fruits with very good acidity and a long finish. As usual, production was limited so there is only a small allocation!
