Terroir: sandy granite
Age of the vines: 50-year-old bush vines from Prat d’Egna, Agullana (Alt Empordà) at 290 m above the sea level.
Winemaking: manual harvest in boxes of 15 kg -maceration with skins for 3 days, very soft pressing, fermentation 40% amphora, 60% stainless. Ageing on fine less in stainless.
