Terroir: Clay-loam for the Chardonnay and Clay-Silex for the Sauvignon.
Vinification: The Grapes are hand harvested. Each Varietal is vinified separately in 100% stainless steel vats on the lies for 6 months. Blended afterwards with light filtration before bottling. Fermentation in barrels and maturing on lees for 12 months.
