Description
Terroir: Romarantin vines on clay sand and silty soil.
Age of vines: 15 years old vines of Romorantin.
Vinification: Grapes are hand picked. Wine is aged on the lees for 10 months in old oak barrel. The wine is then bottled, without fining and with a light filtration.
