"Warm, rich and complex confit lemon, white spices, generous salinity and plenty of white flowers accompanied by an almost balsamic character. Dry and elegant with plenty of citrus notes, the palate has hints of dried mushrooms and a stony minerality on the finish. Reminiscent of 2015, 2010 & 2007"
Terroir: Clay for 1.5m deep and then, limestone underneath. South-east facing vineyard
Age of vines: 35 years old
Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested // crushed by feet // spontaneous fermentation // ageing for one year in concrete tank and three years in bottle // sulphur < 50ml/L.
