Terroir: Clay and limestone soils in oriental borders of Franciacorta area.
Vinification: Vinification in concrete tanks with spontaneous fermentation, ageing in used barrels and second fermentation in the bottle according to Classic Method. The wine is aged for 5 years on lees.
