Description
Bone dry, yet full, rich and nutty in character. The flavours don't jump out of the glass yet run deep in this complex white. Citrus, apple and mineral are the main flavour themes, with a superb cut and fine length.

Vinification: Hand-picked grapes and whole-bunch pressed very slowly and gently in pneumatic presses over 5-8 hours // natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts // aged in stainless steel or large oak barrel depending on the vintage.
