Description
Terroir: Calcareous clay. Vineyards located in Loreto Aprutino.
Vinification: Hand-harvested in small baskets. Twenty days maceration. Spontaneous fermentation with no temperature control in concrete. Three months in concrete, then 18 months in 20hl oak barrel. No fining, no filtration.
