Description
Terroir: From 200 to 350m above sea level.
Vines: 50% Alicante Nero (Grenache), 30% Mourvedre, 20% Carignano. Sourced in the vineyards closest to the sea.
Vinification and co-fermentation: sourced from “Sassoforte” and “Pieve” vineyards. Kepos (from the Greek) is the “garden” of Ampeleia.
Harvest period - from the 10th of September until the 5th of October. The wine is aged for 11 months in concrete tank.
