Terroir: Grey clays and galestro (friable clay/limestone marl).

Age of vines: Vineyard planted between 2002-2004 at 250m above sea level.

Vinification: 20-30% of the harvest is fermented whole-cluster. Fermentation is spontaneous in concrete vats.  Aging is also in concrete for 9 months. 4,500 bottles produced.
