The grapes for this cuvée come from Samos Island, famous for its volcanic soil. It’s made from a blend of Muscat and Assyrtiko, which together give a vibrant wine with moreish salty notes.

Terroir: Quartz and schist. Sea breezes and clouds come in from nearby mountains. 600 to 800 meters above the sea with a East/North-East orientation. 

Age of the vines: 30-50 years

Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested // 50% whole bunch // Fermentation in concrete tank for 20 days // Ageing for 18 months in 3 Stockinger barrels (of 400L).

The label draw has been designed with Indian Ink by the artist Karine Girault.

Greek Connection is a wine that has been produced in two different ways: "classic" (white) or "skin-contact" (Orange).
