Age of vines: 15-20 years old

Vinification: Natural fermentation for 3 days of skin maceration. This cuvee has moved to the orange wine section. Wine is aged in old oak barrel for 6-8 months. It's not fined or filtered. Total Sulphites < 20mg/L.
