"Roc'h Avel" means The rock of the wind. it is a small island off the Brittany coasts. 

This cuvée from Terre de L'Elu is an exciting bouquet of licorice and fennel to begin, leading
to ripe pear and fresh almonds. A saline freshness and aniseed flavor on the palate. Full-bodied, yet at the same time tender and elegant. 

Serve around 12°C. Ready for drinking now, will keep up to ten years.

Match it with: Shellfish and seafood, but also fresh goat’s cheese with olive oil and herbs

Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested // Direct press of whole bunch // Natural fermentation
