Terroir:  Granitic sand soil. The altitude of the parcel is around 100-350 meters. south, west and north-west exposed.

Age of the vines: 30-78 years old

Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested. 80 % destemmed, crushed and pressed. 20 % skin contact. Spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts. Ageing for 10 months on lees in stainless steel tanks. No clarified, no stabilized, no filtrated, no sulphites added.
