Fresh and easy going! Full of juicy berry fruits and Provencal herbs.
The Plots are situated in Chateaurenard, after which this wine takes the first part of it's name. "Reynard" meaning fox in French patois. The grapes from these vines were initially intended for a cooperative winery but Domaine Milan decided to use these and instead create their own cuvée and "Rebels" was added to the end of it's name.
Vines: Carignan, Merlot
Vinification: Hand harvest followed by a 5 day whole bunch fermentation in concrete tanks. The wine is aged for a further 12 months in concrete tanks before bottling.
Match it with: A simple pasta with tomato sauce
