From the rocky plateau of St-Emilion, this wine from Le Puy brings elegance and history to your table this Christmas and would pair beautifully with slow-roasted meat.

Terroir: Clay-silt with a clay-limestone substrate on the rocky plateau of St-Emilion.

Average age of vines: 50 years old

Vinification: Grapes are destemmed, the alcoholic fermentation happens in a cement tank. The wine is then aged in oak vats (Foudre) for 12 months, plus 12 months in oak barrels. A tiny amount of sulphur is added at bottling.
