Made by: Domaine Giachino

Terroir: Vines are located near Arbin, in the Bauges mountains national park; Limestone soil.

Average age of vines: 35 years old

Vinification: Grapes are handpicked, sorted but not crushed. They are pressed slowly and gently using a pneumatic system. The vats are thermos-regulated to 10 degrees in order to clarify the wine. This process allows them to reduce the use of sulphites. The wine is aged 12 months in barrel and 6 months in stainless steel.
