Terroir: Clay-limestone

Age of the vines: 20 to 30 years old

Vinification: Grapes are handpicked, sorted and fully destemmed. Fermentation lasts between 28 to 32 days and the cap is gently punched down a few times a day to increase color extraction and flavors. The juice is then gently pressed using pneumatic pressure. Ageing is done on fine lees for 12 months, 50% of the wine is aged in barrel (mix of young and old oak barrels) and 50% in concrete vats. No fining.

A perfumed nose of real finesse, with violet notes. A light to medium-bodied style, with lovely fine tannins.
