Terroir: Red clay soil with big pebbles.
Age of the vines: 40 years old vines
Vinification: Grapes are hand-picked and destemmed. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tank for 10 days. 75% of the wine is aged in old oak barrels of 220L, 25% is aged in stainless steel tank for 13 months.
