Terroir: Sandstone, pudding stone, clay and schist.
Average age of vines: old vines of 60 years old and young vines of 5 years old.
Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested // Whole bunch maceration for 15 days // Natural fermentation in stainless steel tank // Ageing for 12 months half in old oak barrel (600L) and half in Amphora // No filtration.
