Age of the vines: 50 years.
Vinification: Grapes are handpicked, sorted and destemmed. Gravity racking. Fermentation takes place for 30 days with "pigeage" (punching down the cap). Ageing in concrete eggs for 24months. Wine produced only on best vintages.
