Terroir: schist soil. 100 to 400m of altitude.
Age of the vines: 20 to 100 years old vines
Vinification: Grapes are handpicked. Semi- carbonic maceration for 1/3 of the must. Traditional maceration for the rest (2/3 of the must). Ageing in stainless steel vat for 6 months. No sulphite added.
