Terroir: Sandstone and mollasse. Plots situated in Serrieres.
Average age of vines: 35 years old
Vinification: Whole bunch maceration for 4-5 weeks. No pumping over.No sulphites added during vinification and ageing. Ageing with lees for 9 months. Slight filtration. 1 g/hL sulphites added at bottling.
