Age of vines: 80 years old
Vinification: Grapes are hand-picked. No maceration. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel vat for 1 month then, keeps going in the wooden tank for 2 /3 months. Ageing on fine lees for 3 to 4 months. Ageing window 10 to 15 years.
