Age of vines: 25-30 years old
Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested. Natural fermentation and vinification: the Xinomavro grape variety and the Roditis grape variety are vinified separately and then blended. Hence the name Xi-Ro! Aged in old oak barrels for 10-12 months. No added sulphites.
