Terroir:  Granitic sand soil. The altitude of the parcel is around 100-350 meters. south, west, and north-west exposed.

Age of the vines: 30-78 years old

Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested. 80 % destemmed, crushed, and pressed. 20 % skin contact. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. 10 months ageing on lees in stainless steel tanks. Not clarified, not filtrated, no added sulphites.
