Terroir: arid, gravel, clay-limestone soil

Age of the vines: 12 years old Vermentino, 20 years old Chenin Blanc

Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested early in the morning into small open crates. Grapes are directly pressed (pneumatic press). Natural fermentation (with indigenous yeasts) in stainless steel vats at medium temperature. Ageing for 32 months, including 12 months in French oak barrels

This white wine has a ripe nose with sour hints. The palate has bright, ripe and concentrated stone fruits balanced by crisp, juicy apple notes, well integrated with oak.
