Terroir: Calcareous with tufa and silt.
Age of the vines: 36 years for Vermentino and 54 years for Ugni Blanc.
Vinification: Hand-picked and sorted in the vineyard and cellar. Whole grapes immediately pressed. Fermented and aged in vats.
