Terroir: Only one plot called "El Sitgeti", located 215m above sea level with a strong maritime influence (Méditeranneen sea is 6 km far). 

Age of the vines: 35 years old vines

Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested early in the morning. Whole-bunches maceration in clay amphoras buried in the vineyard for 3 months. Fermentation started spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. In January, wine is removed from amphoras and stored in the winery. Bottling in May. Around 200 bottles produced.
