Description
Terroir: Sandstone and mollasse. Plot situated in Serrieres.
Average age of vines: 26 years old
Vinification: Whole bunch maceration for 4-5 weeks. No pumping over. No sulphites added during the vinification and the ageing. Ageing on the lees for 9 months. Slight filtration. 1 g/hL sulphites added at bottling.
