Description
Terroir: Syrah grows on clay soil (Clay will retain water needed for the Syrah to grow in such weather condition). Grenache grows on big stone with red-clay soil.
Vinification: Grapes are hand-picked. One part of the harvest is destemmed and the other part undergoes a carbonic maceration. Gentle pressing and ageing for 12 month in stainless steel.
